Very good apartment. You can find all, what you need! Good communication with owners.

We was very happy! Great place close to many things, shower run hot instantly and love that I can use the whole place including the living room. Kenn and his dog Lucy are very nice hosts. Kenn's appartment is cosy and very well located. Kenn offered us to use his washing machine, which was well appreciated.
We would come back anytime. Kenn was a great host! Although I arrived quite late, he kindly welcomed me with a warm soup and a big smile. He was always very kind in offering his food and checking if I had everything I needed to feel comfortable. The house is perfectly located, at a quick walking distance from the old town and bus station.
Ken was a lovely host. Gave us recommendations, was really way to communicate with about check in, and we really enjoyed our time there!

Lovely room I'm a great location to visit Oviedo. Beautiful flat with clean and nice bathroom and good equipt kitchen. Totally recommended. Nice, modern, light, friendly and very clean. We met Elsa just the once but she was really kind and made sure we were taken care of. I'd definitely recommend her place. Lovely host, nice clean room and bathroom. No wifi. The centro and old town is at the other side, front of train station. Room and bathroom is very clean, door without lock so if those who require privacy may not be suitable. The wall is paper thin, host came back after midnight, waken up a few times during the 2 night stay. Every single movement I can hear it clearly Julia is very friendly and made me feel welcome.

Her flat is in a great location, very clean and comfortable. The only thing missing - especially if, like me, you're travelling for work - is wifi. Incredibly centrally located apartment with two bedrooms in the old city with views of old market. Supermarket and restaurants are literally less than a minute away. Be warned that the street noise through the thin old windows of the apartment is intense garbage and delivery trucks at all hours, street sweepers, loud pedestrians, etc and light sleepers using the main bedroom will have problems.
I solved that problem by sleeping in the very quiet back bedroom. But it's a fair trade off for this great place with a very friendly host!

You can expect a clean apartment in a quiet building in old Oviedo. It is perfectly located to walk to many interesting shopping, dining, and general pleasure experiences in the old, well preserved, Spanish city - Oviedo. The view out of the bedroom and living room windows are incredible!!! Comfortable new mattresses. Well stocked kitchen. Feels like home. Beware of noisy seagulls at night on the neighboring roof. Otherwise, the location cannot be beat.

It is in the center of the old town action. And Julia is warm and welcoming. Seagulls were very noisy at night. The location was perfect; could walk to everything including groceries and places of interest. We were 3 adults; the apartment is better suited for 2 parents and 2 children. It is small. My flight was very delayed but Julia met me at 11PM at night. She was very gracious. Very recommendable.

We loved staying here. Julia is very hospitable and friendly. The apartment was great with amazing views of the old town. The apartment had a great location close to everything from restaurants to supermarkets in the center of the old town. Apartment has elevator and is on a second floor.
Very comfortable beds, pillows and sheets. Apartment is fully equipped with everything from silverware, pots, pans to shower gel, shampoo and hair dryer. Just be aware of seagulls noise at night and traffic from delivery trucks to market central which is across the street. I would definitely return again if I return to Oviedo. We spent 2 very peaceful nights there after a lot of travelling. The space itself is nicer than a hotel and really good value.
