El tiempo en Las Palmas de Gran Canaria
The apartment is very new and clean. It is only a few minutes walking distance to the beach, and about minutes to the main bus stop.
The only thing I am not too happy is having to either take very quick shower, or turn off the water while shampooing and scrubbing, otherwise the hot water will run out before I finish my shower. I am the only person staying there so I don't know how long it will take before there will be hot water again for the next person; if there will be two of you.
This place is clean, seems new and is well equipped. The place is also very close to a beach and restaurants and shops.
This can be handy. My one big problem is that the street is extremely noisy at night. We hardly slept for the 9 nights staying here, until it was morning and things quieted down. The room is above a noisy bar and on a busy street with a garbage pick up point which is heavily used through the night. The whole night there were shouting drunk people, trucks, music from the bar, occasional street work and traffic. This should really have been mentioned in the advertisement; the sleeplessness cause by the excessive noise really made our week stressful while we came to relax.
I am a sensitive sleeper, my girlfriend says she can sleep through anything. Both of us found the noise unreasonable, even with earplugs, closed windows and a fan going to block the noise. The host was helpful did lend us a fan to dampen the noise, but again, the noise should be mentioned. Excellent apartment in a great neighborhood. I really enjoyed my stay. The studio was really clean and modern. Gloria was really helpful and answer my texts almost immediately.

What i liked most about the appartment is that it is very clean, there are two bathrooms, there a a lot of products you can use without asking or extra charge like sunscreen and olive oil etc. I cannot think of anything bad about this appartment. Also i think the price lorenzo is asking is very reasonable. I paid euro for 5 nights.
We had a great stay at Lorenzos flat. Everything was clean, the kitchen was very good equipped and the bed was comfortable. The flat is located nearby the beach so that you can take a swim in the morning. There is a grocery shop just around the corner as well. Vale mucho la pena!! Piso muy bien ubicado a 3 calles de la playa de Canteras, supermercados al lado y el corte inglés a pocas calles!
Luces con sensores en los pasillos y cocina, terraza para colgar las cosas mojadas, 2 baños. En general estuvimos a gusto! Vale la pena mencionar, cómo todo el la vida no es oro, habían unos bichitos en el countertop de la cocina y obras justo en frente de la habitación que a las 8am empezaban, aunque eso es algo inevitable. Es un segundo sin ascensor. Por el resto de 10! This place is Fantastic. Literally metres from Les Canteras Beach and directly in the middle of the beach. If your interest is sun bathing then head north up the beach front. The South side of the beach has bigger waves and is where you will find all the Surf Schools where you can take surf lessons or hire kit I strongly recommend Buen Surf.
Lorenzo's appartment is in the heart of Les Canteras. There is so much to do. The appartment was spotlessly clean for the entire 10 days I stayed there. Lorenzo is such an amazing host. He really went above and beyond his duties as an Airbnb host. He made great recommendations for activities for me to do and even arranged for me to attend Carnival in Maspalomas during the weekend I was there.
His help really added to the amazing experience I had in Gran Canaria. I Strongly recommend staying with Lorenzo and his appartment is absolutely lovely and so quiet for the location. I will definitely be visiting Les Canteras again and staying with Lorenzo.

Thanks so much Lorenzo. The apartment is well located and the bathroom seemed new. We liked the place, though a mosquito net at the window would be very helpful. The space its clean, really good location and the owner is very fast to reply!
We recommend. We just missed an air conditioner cause during the summer its really hot in the room, and also the bathroom is not private but for us was ok :. Just perfect. Perfect place, perfect apartments. Perfect to discover the island from Las-Palmas. Also kitchen was great, everything to cook anything. We spent a good time by Lorenzo. Problem is with parking And window in the room goes to schaft. In the morning wake up you bad smell from the neighbor's kitchen. Excellent location really close to the beach, bars and restaurants.
Very clean well equipped apartment. Friendly hosts and other guests. A fantastic holiday. The location of Lorenzos place could not been better: 2min walk to the beach, 10min walk to the main surf spot and located in the middle of the most interesting neighbourhood of Las Palmas called Las Canteras. The room is completely new and very clean and in the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare your food.
Additionally Lorenzo was a great host, extremely reliable and always helping me to find the right spot on the island. I will come back for sure!

Perfect location to stay in Las Palmas. Near everything! Lorenzo made me feel at home. Great value for the price! I stayed there for almost three weeks.
