We didn't have a chance to meet him, but he was very responsive and we had no problem getting in and out of the place. The room was comfortable and clean and it was nice to have an attached bathroom.
There was plenty of street parking and it was conveniently located to everything we wanted to see-mainly the museum district. Had a comfortable stay - exactly as described in other reviews. The neighborhood wasn't necessarily our style and there wasn't too much within walking distance. But it was centrally located and easy to get to. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying again if we ever revisit Houston. Dwain was a great host.
