The host was really helpful and nice when we arrived.

I was glad to know there was a metro station close by less than 2 min walk that took us to the main area of Madrid. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Madrid! With pleasure we can recommend this room for living in Madrid. Javier is wonderful host and very attentive person. The room is bright and comfortable,all facilities are in a good condition.

Javier, thanks a lot and best wishes! This apartment is really worth it. It has everything your need. Bathroom with shower, kitchen so you can cook yourself and a nice balcony where you can enjoy a cold beer in the evening. The host is very nice and very helpful no matter what you need. He always makes us feel welcome in his house. He even helped us to find a doctor for our daughter.

The apartment is only 5 minutes from the metro by walking and you can get to the centre of Madrid within 20 minutes. We stayed 4 days at Javier's house. The area is very quiet, you can find everything from supermarkets to places to eat, the metro less than meters from your home is a real comfort and you can reach the center quietly. Moreover he is a person in hand, with whom you can easily talk and who does not miss anything, always ready to answer any questions and super courteous.

Javier was a great host, easy to communicate with and knowledgable about his neighborhood and the city of Madrid as well. Being able to cook our own meals was a huge plus as well as being able to use the washing machine as well. The nook off the bedroom was a lovely touch that really added to the space overall as well.

The host is very nice, with follow ups, so we had everything we needed. Really recommendable! Fast WiFi, AC, full kitchen, and breakfast was included. Carlos showed us around town and we enjoyed his company. From the start Carlos was very communicative and clear about arriving to his place, and getting us situated, he was flexible with our arrival time, and communicated with us a week ahead of the booking date.

The apartment itself is cozy, clean, has a washing machine, air conditioning unit, and even a full kitchen with a stove, blender, and sink! Carlos has a busy schedule at work and is out of the house most of the day and rests during the evening, so if you need some quiet time to rest or recuperate the house is very quiet and calm during day and night. The apartment is easy to find and is less than a five minute walk from the train and metro, giving you access to the center of Madrid within thirty minutes via public transit. Carlos was kind, helpful, and even offered to take us on a tour of some neighborhoods he enjoys during his free time off.

Esta cerca del metro, y en un barrio bien tranquilo. Estoy feliz a volver en el futuro! Carlos is very helpful and friedly, he responds immediately. The flat is near to metro - Laguna 3 mins , where is a wonderful place to watch the sunset and Madrid after a day's walk in Madrid hill in the park Laguna. I highly recommend, one of the best hosts at airbnb we've ever been to. Super séjour chez Carlos, très bon communiquant et très généreux en conseils et indications pour visiter Madrid.

It was good, I had no problems. It is a little eoutside of the center, but well connected to the metro, so no real problems. The wall in the bathroom and the sleeping room was mold. A gay couple had sex in the bathroom multible times day and night. They blocked the bathroom all the time. Also they did not clean something.

We had to shower there too. There was only one picture of t he room.



We did not even have a blanket in February. We had to buy our own blankets there, because the cloth we got were dirty too with for example blood stains. The towels in the cupboard were partly dirty and not washed. They had some brown stains on it. Byron Rolando did not came himself, because he had a car accident. I Think his son gave us the keys.

He did not say who he was. He did not even talked a word to us. He did not show us the apartment or said something about were we can find the things we need. Later he sent us text messages were we can find the thing we need, but they were not there. For example we needed a blanket and towels, but there was no real blanket in the cupboard. We thought that we could cook in the kitchen, but we could only use the microwave and fridge. Maybe we did not read this before and it was our fault.

He did not speak with us himself, but he did answer the text messages we wrote him. One day he and his wife came into the apartment and they asked us to be quiet, only because we went to the toilet. I think this is really brazenly, because the whole time we stayed there the room next to us with the gay couple in it was so loud and we could not sleep at night. They showered at in a. And no-one even said a word to them.

It was not the best quarter of Madrid, but it was near the centrum and the metro was only 5 minutes away. So that was pretty good. I mean the apartment was really cheap and we did not expected much. So we thought it would be okay to stay there a couple days. But we would never book ist again or recommend it to anyone. I think the apartment and the room would ne nice. But the gay couple in the room next to us were an enormous burden.

They left everything dirty. Maybe the apartment would be nice and clean and this is not your fault. But we experienced it that way. We are sorry. Really helpful host even with language barrier, surroundings aren't amazing however if you're there for central Madrid that will not be an issue.
