Super easy checkin and access to the property. Everything in the little house is brand new and carefully considered thanks for the snacks and sparkly water! It was an urban glamping adventure and a fun experience staying here. Clean, sunny, well equipped and walking distance to any and everything you could ask for in Ballard! Note: Not recommended for anyone with extreme disability, due to ladder access to sleeping balcony area Use their recommended driver, Aki, for a pickup or transfer to the airport or cruise terminal, he's also the BEST.

This was an amazing way to make a quick Seattle trip feel like a vacation. We enjoyed our stay very much! The little house is perfect for 1 single or a couple. I enjoy the calmess and the beauty of the garden. No need to have a car.

The host is available and helpful. He gave clear informations about resto and places to visit. I would highly recommand this place. A block or two from the heart of Ballard, "Little House" has excellent amenities including a much appreciated Keurig! And an outstanding French patisserie just one block away -- lines out the door. Benjamin was an excellent host and the Airbnb was really nice. The bed is really close to the ceiling but it is expected in a place like this. There was a bunch of snacks on the kitchen counter which was a nice touch. Showers lasted around minutes before the hot water ran out so just be prepared. Overall, it was a great experience staying here and it's close to lots of great food spots. Skillet is a spot close by that had great breakfast food.

There is also a QFC close by if you forget anything before your trip. I would definitely recommend Benjamin and his little house. We loved the neighborhood. Petes place was clean, spacious , cozy, plenty of parking with everything we needed. Highly recommended!

This place is fantastic! The living area is great and cozy. Really nice place to just relax after traveling so much! Cozy and spacious. Pete has also prepared us snacks,water and a book of tips for traveling Seattle. Pete also helps a lot by responsing us quickly.

Clean and spacious apartment in a gorgeous and quiet neighborhood overlooking Portage Bay and not too far from Capitol Hill. Totally enough space for two people. Pete was very responsive and gave great tips for local spots to eat. Would definitely stay here again on another Seattle trip! Fantastic location and friendly host. The apartment and the fitout is a bit dated, and a bit gloomy due to low natural light.

But it serves as a great base to visit the city, and the host provides great tips. The place is in a cracking location, within walking distance from great places to eat. My girlfriend and I loved this place. We were minutes away from a lot to do in the city. What a treat so close to the city! We loved the location, quiet and residential yet close to the hustle and bustle.

The cabin is immaculately maintained and Kathy was such an accommodating host. It was a real treat to come home to a private space at the end of the day. Thanks for a great stay. My parents enjoyed it. Place was clean and just like in the pictures. It's tiny but cozy and worked for what they needed it.
