I'd definitely recommend her place. Lovely host, nice clean room and bathroom. No wifi. The centro and old town is at the other side, front of train station. Room and bathroom is very clean, door without lock so if those who require privacy may not be suitable. The wall is paper thin, host came back after midnight, waken up a few times during the 2 night stay. Every single movement I can hear it clearly Ricardo was very welcoming and helpful when we arrived late.
His place was very clean and homely and he was very generous and made us breakfast at am as we had to get an early bus. Only 5 mins or so from the cathedral this place is very central. Ricardo was an outstanding host as was the room. Perfect for my one night stay as I walk to Santiago de Compostela. Ricardo is a very accommodating and hospitable person. We felt very comfortable. The apartment is clean and well located. We would come back anytime!
The three German pilgrims!! The apt. Ricardo is gracious, warm and friendly. We would stay again without hesitation and suggest his home to airbnbers as a great place to spend a few nights in Oviedo. A very clean and cozy room in an apartment, which located in the centro of Oviedo, not far away from the restaurants and the bus station, good communication with Ricardo, he also prepared breakfast for us in the early morning!
Really good value stay. The room and flat are very clean and centrally located. Be aware that parking can be difficult, but there is paid parking available nearby. We spent 2 very peaceful nights there after a lot of travelling. The space itself is nicer than a hotel and really good value. Thanks for everything! Definitely recommend a stay here. She is a very kind and considerate host, I absolutely recommend it. I stayed three days at Soledad's place, she was a great host, really helpful and caring.
The flat is big and the room is perfect for anyone visiting. The location is perfect 10m walk to Cathedral or 15m walk to the Town Centre. I highly recommend this. There were many thoughtful touches that she provided - shampoo and shower gel, little sweet treats and maps for you to view so that you can plan your town visit in Oviedo.
The apartment was super clean, you could tell that Soledad was very thorough. If you wanted to make or store your own meals, you had all the equipment. The place is a short walk into Oviedo centre, super convenient. I just wanted to say an extra special thank you to Soledad, as her hospitality and generosity was outstanding.

My luggage was delayed when I arrived to Oviedo, so I did not have any spare clothes on me, and Soledad offered me some pajamas for the night. I felt so relieved to have something to sleep in. She is super warm and welcoming. Thank you Soledad :.
I spent two nights in Esther's apartment in a very nice private room with everything you could ask for. Esther was very genererous and helpful. I definitely recommend her place. Esther has hospitality running in her blood. Esther was a really nice host with a lovely apartment and 2 little dogs. We could use the kitchen and do the laundry.

The apartment is close to a supermarket. It is a little far from the old town, about 30 minutes walk. Definetly recommended. A nice and comfortable room, clean house in general : Warm and smiling hostess, always ready to help! Totalmente recomendable! He estado alojada durante una semana y María Esther me ha hecho sentir como en casa.

La habitación es grande y acogedora, cama de 1,35 cómoda, TV, plancha y tabla, gran capacidad de almacenamiento en armarios, se entregan varias toallas. Se pueden utilizar todos los servicios de la vivienda; baño completo, cocina, nevera, electrodomésticos, lavadora, Relación calidad precio extraordinaria, muy recomendable.

This is a great flat in a great location in Oviedo. The flat was spotless and had everything we needed. We had a little difficulty understanding the position of the garage in relation to the flat - maybe a small map would help. Once we found it it was great and Sergio was very helpful.

Thanks for a great stay. We had a wonderful stay! Several supermarkets and cafes are nearby. Location is close to the center of the city. The price is unbeatable, close to many shops, restaurants, and markets. Patricia and Sergio are very quick in responding and very accommodating.
Overall very worth the price WOULD recommend!! Everything was really fine at Patricia's and Sergios place. It is a perfect location for a short trip to Oviedo.
You can easily walk to the historic centre at about 20 mins, the parking around the corner is really helpful too. Communication, the apartment itself and everything connected with this booking was impeccable. I'd definitely stay here again.
