Less common is a yellow-seeded form. The form 'Aurea' has yellowish leaves. Below is a list of all forms known to me at present, not including at least one or two, both unnatural hybrids. These are all quite rare, except for the afore mentioned forms. More ornamental than the type. A very old variety, it is recently being remarketed as a new variety under the name 'Paul's Gold'. It is unclear what became of this, it doesn't seem to have ever become widely distributed, although it has been mentioned here and there in British publications.
It does not seem widely available at present. Note this species doesn't grow naturally in China. A tall variety, to 75cm. This form usually has orange seeds and yellow-coloured flowers. In descriptions by modern gardeners the flowers are said to sometimes have hints of mauve, yet the original description from states that this form always completely lacks any purple lines in the flowers.

In no way does it differ from 'Aurea'. It has clear daffodil-yellow flowers. Grown in the UK. The variegation is more cream-white than pure white, and is mostly found on the inner half of the leaf, sometimes accompanied by a few thin white stripes. This variety is slower-growing and less robust than the type. The variegation is said to be unstable. Probably not true breeding. It might be worth mentioning that many famous gardeners have praised this particular variety.
A seedling of 'Fructo-Albo' from the UK. You also cannot use the word 'Form'. The form is not completely true-breeding, sometimes it may give white-seeded revert plants. A tall variety, to 70cm.
