The location is ideal and Diego is a great host, extremely easy to communicate with and shared some amazing local tips! Would definitely return to his place! We enjoyed our stay very much. The appartement is really well located in the city center of Sevilla. We could go everywhere by foot. The street where it is located is really quiet.

It was worth it. I had a very nice stay here. Location is excellent. Place is really clean and the manager is super sweet.

My room was tiny but super cosy. Other rooms are bigger. This is really a guesthouse, kind of between a hostel and hotel. Theres not really a kitchen but theres a fridge and microwave, you cant really cook but you can do some stuff. No living-room or common lounge space. For me this was fine. The manager is so nice, she stands out. For value a good spot to sleep and take a break. Great location, very nice host, always looking to make your stay more comfortable.

The apartment is well furnished and the room was spacious. Everything was clean. Perfect location, an easy check-in system! The only thing I found weird is the pillowcase being inside out and the bedlinen was quite old. We had amazing time in Seville! Rosa and Luis are great host and really deserve title of super hosts! They helped us to enjoy Seville as locals. They gave us detailed instructions what to see, where to eat and how to save time and do not wait in long lines waiting to enter into Cathedral and Alcazar.

House has perfect location and you can enjoy Sevilla walking around. All important places are into walking distance. I would recommend this place to everyone!!! I highly recommend this place, very close to most of the attractions that this beautiful city offers and Lois is a great host. A detailed description and map provided by Lois helped me to visit all the places and try local delicacies. Apart from a convenient location, the usual amenities and two adorable dogs there is one thing unique about this place.

The host, Luis, has perfected the art of giving travel advice for Sevilla. He even created a list of what to see, what and where to eat and what to do in spanish so you can recall his tips later on. Since this is up-to-date local advice, it is better than any travel guide.

Luis and Rosa are great hosts and their home is a fantastic place to stay in Seville. They are both very friendly and helpful, providing plenty of advice on what to do and see in the city, including the best places for flamenco. The flat offers plenty of privacy and is full of great art and photography, both modern and typically Spanish. It's also located in a great up and coming area of the city- away from the main tourist drag but buzzing with local students, artists and all the great nightlife that goes with it.

All in all, a perfect place to enjoy all that Seville has to offer. I wanted a safe, clean room in Sevilla and got so much more. My room was exactly as in the photographs.

Upon arrival I was shown my own shelf in the fridge and two shelves in wall units to store my groceries. There was also some space in the freezer if I needed it. The kitchen was equipped with all the crockery, utensils and cookware needed.

Both he and Rosa are available to answer the questions that a tourist has. As I say I was looking for a safe, clean room and as a bonus it came including ready made friends and a wonderful house to stay in. Beautiful location to spend a few days in Sevilla. There are a lot of great restaurants nearby and a lively square with a charming night life. Chris and his wife are great hosts! Absolutely gorgeous accommodation. The room was absolutely incredible and the balcony was amazing on the roof. Luis and his wife were friendly and accommodating.

It couldn't have been in a more beautiful place of Sevilla. Lovely place with gracious host, very central, exactly as described. Loved the shower and rooftop terrace.
