Great night. We went here with a family of 6, including young kids and teenagers. It was perfect for every one. Prachtig ingericht en netjes verzorgd.

Heerlijk dakterras en veel voorzieningen in de buurt. Yumbo is een kwartiertje lopen ongeveer en heel goed te doen. Heerlijke rustige buurt om goed te kunnen slapen en van alle gemakken voorzien.
Heel veel waar voor je geld Marco en Carlos zijn hele goede hosts en makkelijk te bereiken. Echt een aanrader! La casa e' esattamente come in foto. Molto bella, ben curata, pulita, attrezzata di tutto. Il terrazzo e' davvero stupendo, come tutto il resto d'altronde. La zona e' abbastanza comoda, ma per andare al mare bisogna sempre spostarsi con dei mezzi. Per la sera tuttavia non offre molto. Allo stesso tempo, a 2 minuti a piedi ci sono diversi supermercati raggiungibili facilmente e molto forniti. Marco e Carlos sono stati molto disponibili, sempre pronti a rispondere alle mie domande, ci hanno accolto in casa dandoci tutte le delucidazioni necessarie.
E' stato un soggiorno fantastico, consiglio assolutamente questo appartamento a chi vuole trovare un po' di relax a Gran Canaria!
The apartment is very nice, in modern style, but also with cosy accents. There is everything you need to feel good and comfortable during the stay. We loved the details - like green plants, the fan and smell of fresh towels :. And ofc the terrace - with comfortable place to seat and chat by some wine, with climatic light and a hammock :. The balcony goes out to the street - so you can feel as the native resident of Maspalomas with it's own climate. The apartment is very good located - very close to supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants and caffeterias we liked the local burger joint the best - no words, need to try it out yourself :.
It is quite close to the Maspalomas Dunes about 15 - 20 minutes on foot and to Maspalomas beach. If you rent a car - at the other side of the building there are free parking places and it takes about 30 minutes to get there from the airport.

Apartment is also quite well communicated with main roads to the center of the island f. Marco and Carlos are very hospitable, at the apartment there was waiting for us a bottle of wine, fresh water and a parking place. They are really elastic we came to the apartment very late, but it wasn't any problem , they care a lot to make their guests feel the best at their place. We hope to come back here in some future :. We had a really nice stay at Marco and Carlos place! The appartment had everything you need, even a dishwasher, which was really great. The highlight was of course the terrace. In the morning and in the evening you could sit there and eat, drink and relax.
To the beach in Playa de Ingles you need about min by foot. The beach in Maspalomas and the dunes you can reach in 10min by car. So you can easily start your tours from their appartment. In their street parking is not allowed put in the parallel street we could always find parking space. Supermarkets and some restaurants and Cafes are near by. We can recommend staying at their appartment. El apartamento es genial, justo al lado del Yumbo y recién reformado, todo muy limpio y con todo lo que necesitabamos. Laura es muy atenta y agradable, te ayuda en lo que necesites, un Laura es una chica encantadora y muy atenta, que ha estado disponible en todo momento.
El alojamiento es tal y como en las fotos. Su piso esta reformado, las camas son comodas y esta muy bien ubicado, al lado de un centro comercial en el que hay restaurantes, comercios y zonas de ocio y esta a 15 minutos caminando de la playa.
