Newly refurbished and with a little kitchenette amd nice dolce gusto coffe maker as well as kettle etc, the bed is really comfy and loved the shower, its 5 min from the town center by car which i recomend to hire and explore the island, thanks for all Joshua! We had a great stay in Joshua's flat.

The place was well located, clean and beautifully decorated. Joshua was very prompt with his replies and made us feel welcome. We had everything we needed - would definitely recommend! Fantastic villa, exactly as advertised, very nice location. Highly recommended. Javier answered fast to communications with useful information.

The toughest is to understand the numbering of the neighbourhood to find the house :. We loved this stay. The pool was just great for dipping and playing with our grandson. The shops are a two minute walk away, and the Marina, with plenty of shops and restaurants is 10 - 15 minutes walk away. Playa Blanca central is minutes by bus, with a stop just outside, all of which made it perfect for us.

Within 24 hours of our return, we are already planning to go back, and several friends have already asked for details on this place. Javier and Leo, were quick to respond to any questions, and we would recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in a great location. A 3 bedroom villa in good location with all you need in terms of utensils, crockery, dish and clothes washing. Good views over bay especially from top balcony. Excellent wifi although we only found one English programme on TV.

Did we enjoy stay- yes ; would we return- yes so full marks. Our third time to stay at Javier's which I think speaks for itself. Great house fully kitted out with everything you could need including sharp knives and great location. Close to all amenities - supermarket, Marina Rubicon and our favourites beaches in Papagayo. Home from home for us now.

Elisabetta is an amazing host. The villa was spotless clean throughout. The pictures match expectations. Clean towels for each room. The outside area was a great size with lots of sun loungers and a nice pool. The villa has all amenities needed and a great WiFi connection with netflix.

The villa is located very close to marina rubicon and playa blanca with local shops close by. I'd recommend the villa to anyone, you'd be very happy and have an amazing host. Spot on all round.

Villa Cosmo has everything you need for a great holiday. It was beautifully decorated and clean and tidy. It's location was perfect for Papagayo beaches and local shop. The villa was spacious and had a great outdoor space for our children to play, the pool was ideal as had access steps for them to walk into the pool, to play safely. Elisabetta was excellent at staying in contact prior to the trip and passed on information required. Would recommend Villa Cosmo. This is a great value family house in a really good location. The house was sparkling clean and well equipped for cooking if you want to stay in.

To top it off, Elisabetta the wonderful host was amazing when our son became ill - she went out of her way to help us. We will definitely return! Spent a lovely week in the villa!
